Promised Skincare LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers holistic skincare and wellness coaching via our Shopify website. Coaching is educational/informational only—not medical treatment or diagnosis.

Our offerings include:

  • Lifestyle, stress-management, and nutrition coaching 

  • No medical diagnosis or prescription services

5. Billing & Refunds 

  • Payment due at checkout. 

  • Cancellations: Refer to the agreed policy. 

  • Fees are non-refundable if the service is initiated; exception for compliant cancellation windows.

7. Arbitration Clause
