• Educational Only: Our coaching is for educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice. We are not licensed doctors, dermatologists, or mental health professionals.

• No Diagnosis or Treatment: We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. Our advice is general and based on lifestyle, stress, skincare, and wellness principles.

• California Law Compliance: Under California SB‑577, these services are considered alternative or complementary to licensed healing arts.

• Personal Responsibility: You agree to provide honest information and understand it's your responsibility to consult a physician before making changes to your health routine.

• Voluntary Participation: You understand results vary, and you accept full responsibility for any outcomes. We are not liable for allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or other issues.

• Privacy & Data Use: We collect personal data only to provide services. We do not sell or share your information without your consent and follow all applicable privacy laws.

• Payment & Cancellations:

  • Comprehensive/Premium services may be canceled within 48 hours’ notice for a refund.

  • Basic services are non-refundable after intake.

  • All services must be paid in advance.

• Dispute Resolution: If needed, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under California law.
